Energized Businesses: Helping Women Build Profitable, Fulfilling Businesses

Danielle Isaac, Energized Businesses

Danielle Isaac, owner of Energized Businesses, is a business coach I believe every woman business owner should get to know. She’s a very gifted, intelligent business coach for women, who is helping her clients align their businesses with their passions and also make a good living.

In fact, just a few minutes into our conversation, I realized Danielle has great coaching skills and business smarts, along with a calming presence and an innate ability to connect with people at a deep and compassionate level.

Discovering potential

Danielle explains her business as helping women business owners pivot up and follow their passion. In other words, she helps them find clarity and discover their own special gifts and talents, so they can build a business they love and can live the life they want.

She believes each client needs a different focus, so she doesn’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, she helps her clients find the right strategy for them and their business. All of her sessions are one-on-one, giving her the opportunity to really get to know her clients and understand their goals, needs, and strengths.

Details matter

Danielle and her clients also spend time digging into the intricate details and logistics of running a business. She teaches clients things like bookkeeping and tracking expenses. She talks with them about how to structure their business. She does this because she truly believes starting a business with a strong foundation is one of the secrets to success.

Building her energized business

Danielle’s business story is the perfect testament to the power of her coaching technique and practice. After spending 12 years in the corporate world, Danielle was burnt out, dreaded work, and was exhausted. She described the feeling as “soul crushing.”

So, she started looking for alternatives and found a program called DreamBuilder Live. She bought her ticket, packed her bags, and went to Los Angeles to attend the event. The event focused on helping people figure out the life they want to live and how to build it, as well as helping them discover what’s right and not right for them.

Danielle felt energized afterwards and started thinking about how all of this fit into her career. She realized she wanted to do what the speaker was doing – inspire others and mastermind together. So, she took the leap, believed in herself, and became a Master Life Coach.

Helping women believe in themselves

Danielle says women are often self-deprecating. We sometimes falsely believe we need to be extroverted or a go-getter to be successful. But she says we just need to be ourselves and keep working towards our dreams.

Danielle wants to keep women from giving up and help them be resilient instead. She helps us find the courage we need to keep going and to stop the mental beating we give ourselves when things don’t go right, and we don’t know why.

Interestingly, Danielle shares that top achievers can suffer the most. After being at the top in a previous career and highly successful, it’s hard to not blame ourselves when we don’t start at the top in our new businesses.

Cross choppy waters

Danielle believes we need courage plus a clear vision about where we’re going in order to succeed. She said “no wind is favorable to a sailor who has no destination in mind.”

Just stop and think about that for a moment. If we don’t have direction, things just happen to us. And we also need the courage to cross the choppy waters and find out what awaits us at other side. Otherwise, we’re just going in circles avoiding the risks.

We need the courage to know we can make it and to keep going if things don’t work out. We need the courage to invest in ourselves, so we have the tools and knowledge to reach our goals. Because the place we’ve dreamed about just might be on the other side of those choppy waters.

Danielle helps us cross those waters by giving us the tools, knowledge, courage, and support we need to succeed and get to the life we want.

Claim your path

One thing I really loved about talking to Danielle was the way she uses metaphors to make a point. These metaphors made me stop and think and also helped me visualize and understand what she was saying.

When I asked her what advice she’d give to new women business owners, she said “put a stake in the ground and claim it.” She said to think of mountain climbers. They put in stakes as anchors along their ascent, so they can safely reach the top. Without the stakes, they wouldn’t make it.

One stake we can place is to invest in ourselves and our businesses in order to take the necessary steps to reach our goals. Just as important is to get the support we need to help us with our struggles.

Finally, she says we need to learn to enhance and listen to our inner guidance. It knows the path we need to take. This side of our nature is not as loud as our inner critic, so we need to seek it out.

Planning for the future

Danielle agreed to share her plans for the future. While she’s had a spectacular 2024 and created a life she loves, there is room for growth! She’d like to spend more time speaking from the heart to help us connect with and have harmony with ourselves.

She’d also like to pursue some writing. She hopes to write a book about creating a profession or business that is in harmony with yourself.
